2001 by a management team with extensive experience
in all phases of human drug and the medical device
industry.
The operating management of the company was selected
based upon each individual's skills and prior
experience:
CEO and inventor of company's core products. Wally
was formerly Vice-President of Product Development
of the Medical Division of C. R. Bard, Inc., a
multi-national medical device company; President
of Catalina Biomedical Corporation, a drug and
device manufacturer and director of Scientific
Affairs for International Medical Resources, Inc.
, a medical device developer and manufacturer.
He holds several drug and medical device patents.
Vice-President
of Quality and Regulatory Affairs. Formerly she
was Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs
for the Medical Division of C. R. Bard, Inc. Ila
holds a Masters Degree in Microbiology.
