Patient has bilateral venous leg ulcers present for 36 months in spite of Tubi-grip™ and ACE wrap compression, IV antibiotics, debridement, home care and weekly doctor visits. He was an inpatient in a skilled care center for 5 weeks in an attempt to achieve healing.
